Pakistan Farmers Association Opposes Proposal to Ban Cotton and Yarn Exports

Pakistan’s farmers’ associations strongly oppose the ban on exports of raw cotton and yarn, and exporters of value-added textile products have caused large-scale damage to cotton in Punjab and Sindh provinces due to heavy rains, and therefore demanded bans on the export of raw cotton and cotton.
