Overview

It is a commonly used sanitary material in medicine. In the past, adhesive plasters were made of fine cotton cloth and coated with zinc oxide rubber. Now more than non-woven fabrics instead of pure cotton cloth for adhesive plaster. The adhesive plaster produced by using a non-woven fabric as a base fabric has the advantages of relatively loose structure, high adhesive fastness, good air permeability, no allergic and irritating effects on the skin, and the ability to be used many times. The non-woven fabric used for the adhesive plaster base fabric is made of polyester and viscose fibers, and is produced by using the techniques of impregnation and sticking, lathering, and hot rolling. The mass per unit area is 20 to 40 g/m2, and the tensile strength is greater than 20N/5cm, with good breathability. Adhesive application should pay attention to the amount of free formaldehyde in accordance with the Pharmacopoeia standard brick. The backing fabric is coated with a layer of acrylic adhesive and the silicone release paper is cut, rolled, and formed into a non-woven adhesive plaster.
